Summary
Northwoods is a development of more than 1,000 homes by Mattamy Homes in north Kanata, off March Road between Maxwell Bridge and Dunrobin roads and across from St. Isadore Catholic School. There is a mix of three-storey back-to-back townhomes, traditional townhomes and singles, with about 240 homes expected in the first phase. Northwoods is part of a master-planned multi-builder community known as the Kanata North Urban Expansion Area located just north of Kanata’s high-tech hub.
