Alta Vista Quarters: This infill development will see about 150 two- and three-storey townhomes at St. Laurent Boulevard and Don Reid Drive.
eQ Homes
The Villages at Clarence Crossing: This master-planned community will see 2,000+ homes — a mix of sizes and types — with an emphasis on creating community, including communal gathering spots and amenities such as a pool, pickle ball courts and more. Expected spring 2026.
Glenview Homes
Ironwood: Glenview will join Cardel Homes in this development to build 41 single-family homes. Although Ironwood is already under development, Glenview’s participation is expected in spring 2026.
Wateridge Village: Glenview will join the group of builders developing segments of this master-planned community, offering executive and rear-lane townhomes later in 2026.
Mattamy Homes
Half Moon Bay: Mattamy expects a 2026 launch of phase 7 of this development with about 90 stacked units.

Stinson Place: About 150 single-family homes, semi-detached and townhomes in Manotick.
