Six months after launching in Gatineau, Zibi launches on the Ottawa side. The innovative development straddling the Ottawa River has a 37-acre property.
Located on Chaudière Island near LeBreton Flats and designed by architect Barry Hobin, the first building in the Ottawa release is called Kanaal and comprises 26 stacked towns with 35 apartments on top.
The south side will face Buchanan Channel, the narrow strip of water between Chaudière and Albert islands, and the other front a European-themed public square of restored industrial buildings housing retail and commercial space. Full story…
