Cardinal Creek Village is a development of townhomes, bungalows and two-storey singles by Tamarack Homes that will eventually be home to 3,000 families. It also includes an adult-lifestyle section with bungalow towns, semis and singles, as well as a community building.
There are currently three decorated models to view, all bungalow towns and all Energy Star equipped. Here’s what you’ll see when you visit the Cardinal Creek Village model homes.
Swan
The Swan is an end-unit bungalow town with 1,315 sq. ft., two bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The layout puts the kitchen at the front of the home, off the foyer, with the living and dining room at the rear.
The second bedroom is in the basement, along with a second full bathroom.
Kingbird
This bungalow townhome is a corner unit with 1,436 sq. ft., two bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. There’s a study by the front door, and an open-concept living, dining and kitchen area.
Windows abound, including a set of corner windows in the master bedroom and one in the kitchen.
The second bedroom is downstairs, along with a full bathroom.
Dove
The Dove is an end-unit bungalow town with 1,315 sq. ft., two bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Like the Kingbird, there’s a study by the front door and an open-concept living, dining and kitchen area.
It also features corner windows in the master bedroom, along with double closets, and more windows in the dining room and kitchen.
Decorated in a mix of light and dark neutrals, there’s a fun pop of red in the fireplace surround that adds a bit of drama.
