The Springfield
The open-concept main living area in this bungalow includes a 12-foot ceiling and fireplace in the living room, a mudroom and laundry room off the garage entryway, and a covered deck or optional upgraded sunroom off the dining room.
The sleek modern kitchen is warmed by wood accents, pops of colour and Shaker-style cabinetry.
The master bedroom is located at the rear of the home for privacy.
The Newington
The Newington two-storey single has four or five bedrooms, four bathrooms and comes in at a spacious 3,895 to 3,921 square feet.
The ground floor includes an office off the main entryway, an in-law suite with optional wheelchair accessibility, a separate dining room and a butler’s pantry in the kitchen.
Upstairs, there is a bonus room which can be transformed into a fifth bedroom. Each of the other bedrooms has its own ensuite.
