This bungalow on a 50-foot lot is eQ’s newest and its largest bungalow single at 2,079 square feet.
The floor plan is a newer one for the builder and this is the first time a model has been built of it. It features a modern classic design with an expansive open-concept main living area and two bedrooms plus a den on the main floor. The finished basement adds another 1,055 square feet, plus a fourth bedroom and a third full bathroom.
It also includes a sunroom that comes standard and a roomy combined laundry room/mudroom just off the kitchen.
The Hamilton is a two-storey, three-bedroom, single-family home that starts at 1,817 square feet. 
The main floor includes a combination laundry/mudroom off the garage and an open-concept main living area. The great room in the model home features Scandinavian/retro-influenced furnishings and an optional gas fireplace.
Upstairs, there’s a den with a half-wall overlooking the stairwell, which can be converted to a fourth bedroom. The master ensuite features an optional Roman tub and his-and-her vanity along with the standard shower. 
The Alexander bungalow starts at 1,700 square feet and features two bedrooms, a den/optional third bedroom and two bathrooms.
The main floor kitchen with its classic white cabinetry overlooks the living room, where a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace anchors the space. There’s also an eating area along with the breakfast bar.
An optional sunroom off the living room adds almost 150 square feet to the home, and there is room in the basement for an optional family room and extra bedroom. 
The two-bedroom Sawgrass starts at 1,433 square feet, including a den on the main floor. There’s a vaulted ceiling along with a clerestory window in the living room, and the model features white, ceiling-high Shaker cabinetry in the kitchen.
The basement offers an optional third bedroom and rec room with a gas fireplace.
