Mississippi Shores is a development of about 350 townhomes, semi-detached homes, two-storey singles and bungalows by builders
Patten Homes and Neilcorp Homes in
Carleton Place.
Patten currently has one model; info on Neilcorp models is unavailable.
Here’s what you’ll see when you visit the Patten Mississippi Shores model home.
Beckwith, Patten Homes
The Beckwith two-storey townhome comes as either a three-bedroom or a two-bedroom with second-floor family room. In this case, the model has the two-bedroom/family room option.
It’s also an end unit built on a corner lot, which means that with the side-facing entry to the rear of the garage, the home feels like a true corner layout. The main floor is open concept with dining room, living room and chef’s kitchen, making it great for entertaining.
Upstairs, the family room sits above the garage at the front of the home (with a gas fireplace), leaving the primary suite to stretch across the rear and the second bedroom, main bath and laundry room in the middle.
