There are nine Quinn’s Pointe & Harmony model homes to see at Minto’s Barrhaven sales centre. A mix of single-family homes and towns, the model homes and sales centre serve Minto’s two communities in the area: Quinn’s Pointe and Harmony.
Quinn’s Pointe is a master-planned community that will ultimately see about 2,000 homes. Harmony was initially planned to be 238 homes, but that will increase as new land is developed.
The model homes are two-storey towns with three to four bedrooms, nine-foot ceilings on the main floor, and large basements.

Here’s what you’ll see when you visit Quinn’s Pointe & Harmony model homes.
The 1,700-square-foot Kinghurst is a single-family home with three bedrooms on a 30-foot lot. The model was designed with young homebuyers in mind and features teal and fuschia accents, geometric shapes and vintage elements for a relaxing and almost retro vibe.
The open-concept main floor, which includes a den, has two-toned kitchen cabinets, a linear fireplace in the great room and distressed laminate flooring with a washed white tone. A Flex Plan option allows the den and great room to be separated with a dividing wall.
Upstairs, there’s red oak flooring, an oversized window in the front bedroom, which has been outfitted as an office in the model home, and an ensuite bathroom that repeats design features elsewhere in the home.
The four-bedroom Clairmont single with 2,177 square feet features a traditional layout and modern design touches, with a convertible loft space on the second floor.
On the ground level, there are nine-foot ceilings. The model has a gourmet chef’s kitchen and the walls of the dining room have been removed to create a large open-concept space. The fireplace in the great room is finished with whitewashed porcelain tile planks with a woody look.
The second storey has a large loft that can be converted into a fourth bedroom, and the master bedroom with its four-piece ensuite is on the opposite side of the loft for privacy.
The main floor features a large gourmet kitchen with a contemporary light grey quartz countertop, a family room with a traditional fireplace accented by white ledgestone, a living room, a den and a guest suite with a private bath and alcove designed for multi-generational living.
Upstairs are four bedrooms, including a spacious master suite with double-door entrance, driftwood floors and a spa-like ensuite.
The model home’s finished basement includes a seventh bedroom as Flex Plan options.
The two and a half-storey Killarney comes with three or four bedrooms, over 2,400 square feet and sits on a 36-foot lot.
The model’s main floor includes a great room anchored by a fireplace facade of white brick tile, a kitchen with two-tone cabinetry and oversized island, and a den decorated with a west coast vibe.
Up the stairs is a sunken family room with a caramel and cream colour scheme, a fireplace, large windows and an optional balcony.
The top storey contains three bedrooms with an optional fourth, and the model’s basement has an optional finished rec room and bathroom.
Accents of bright yellows and avocado greens lend a Palm Springs-like vibe to the Stanley model home with 2,474 square feet.
The model’s ground floor has a den outfitted as home office, a separate formal dining room, a full-sized gourmet kitchen with flat-panel cabinetry, and a great room with a fireplace and finished in grey geometric tile.
A striking curved staircase leads to the second storey with its four bedrooms, three of which have been decorated with busy children in mind. The master ensuite has light wood cabinets and a freestanding tub for a spa-like soak.
