Tartan’s two-storey Cobalt is a single-family home with 3,498 square feet and four+ bedrooms on a 44-foot lot.
The main floor features a street-facing living room, a generous, open-concept kitchen with a breakfast bar and walk-in pantry, a dining room with patio doors to the backyard and a great room with a gas fireplace.
Upstairs includes a loft that can be converted to a fifth bedroom, a main bath with optional double sink, and, in the private master bedroom with its double entry doors, two walk-in closets and an ensuite with both a free-standing tub and a five-foot shower.
The basement includes a finished recreation room, an optional bedroom and optional rough-in bathroom.
The Garnet is a spacious two-storey single by Corvinelli Homes with five bedrooms and 2,722 square feet.
On the main floor, there’s a separate dining room off one end of the kitchen that could also serve as a den or sitting room and a nook leading to the backyard at the other end of the kitchen. The great room has a gas fireplace. 
Upstairs, the master bedroom has both a large and smaller walk-in closet and a his-and-hers vanity.
