The Creek model homes

The Creek is a new community by Urbandale Construction in Kemptville, just south of Ottawa. There are two-storey singles and bungalows and townhomes will be released in the future.

Urbandale has two model homes at The Creek, both of them two-storey singles.

Here’s what you’ll see when you visit.

Aberdeen Pacific Series

Urbandale’s single-family Aberdeen has three or four bedrooms, 2,102 square feet and a double-car garage on a 35-foot lot.

There’s a den with French doors on the ground floor and an open-concept main living area with large windows,  a fireplace in the great room and a patio door off the dining area. An optional layout transforms the den into a guest bedroom.

Upstairs, there are either either three or four bedrooms, a large walk-in closet in the master bedroom, and an extra-large laundry room in the three-bedroom layout.

The basement has a games room and an optional bedroom. There’s also a roughed-in bathroom.

Seaview Pacific Series

The Seaview Pacific Series single is a 2,148-square-foot two-storey home with four bedrooms and 2.5 baths on a 31-foot lot.

The open-concept main floor includes a double-door pantry in the kitchen, a great room with a fireplace, a patio door to the backyard and transom windows, and a dining area.

Upstairs, there’s a loft, two of the four bedrooms have walk-in closets, and both the ensuite and main bathroom feature double-sink vanities.

The basement has a games room, an optional flex room and a roughed-in bathroom.
