There are multiple developments on the go in the south end of Stittsville and Union West is one of them, with homes being built by Glenview Homes. The development will see about 100 homes when finished.
Glenview has one model home to see, a two-storey single built as an infill just down the road from the development. Here’s what you’ll see if you check out the Union West model home.
The Reveli is a new floor plan from Glenview that’s designed for flexibility. The two-storey single comes with four bedrooms and 2,700 sq. ft. However, there are options to add a fifth bedroom in the basement and a sixth by converting the main-floor office, large walk-in pantry and part of the mud room into a main-floor guest suite with full bathroom. The model shows the standard layout.
As it has done in the past, Glenview has partnered with multi-award-winning design firm West of Main on the interior, which is done in a relaxed elegance style that favours earthy neutrals, plenty of texture and a recurrence of sage green throughout the home.
