Casey Court is a new-build rental community of flats and urban townhomes in Richcraft’s east-end Trailsedge neighbourhood.
The two- and three-bedroom, contemporary-themed suites feature nine-foot ceilings, open-concept kitchen/great room/dining areas, and walk-in closets in the primary bedrooms. Suites include five stainless-steel appliances and quartz countertops in the kitchen. The urban towns also feature high-efficiency heat recovery ventilators (HRVs) and furnaces.
The community offers ample opportunity for active recreation, including ping pong tables, a pickleball court, a basketball key and the protected forest area with walking/running trails that surrounds Trailsedge. Casey Court also includes electric vehicle charging stations and visitor parking.

A largely rural area for most of its history, Orléans, which is 16 kilometres east of downtown, is now a booming community of 111,000 people. It comprises numerous neighbourhoods, including newer developments like Cardinal Creek Village, Trailsedge, Orléans Village and Eastboro, along with well-established areas such as Avalon and Chapel Hill. A large mall, Place d’Orléans, anchors the community’s mix of small and large retailers. The Shenkman Arts Centre offers theatre and other classes along with concerts and special events.
