Summary
Currently under construction, the Parkdale Collective is an upscale 31-storey rental tower in popular Hintonburg with fast access to the LRT and Tunney’s Pasture and the shops and restaurants along Wellington Street. Although Richcraft has been involved in the purpose-built rental market for many years, the buildings have typically been low-rise, including stacked townhomes, and this project is part of the builder’s expansion into purpose-built rental towers.
The Parkdale Collective will feature 279 units, more than 3,800 square feet of outdoor amenity space including a pool, and almost 5,500 square feet of indoor amenities. There is also proposed retail space.

What’s in the community
Hintonburg is one of Ottawa’s up-and-coming neighbourhoods, undergoing transformation on the heels of earlier gentrification of neighbouring Westboro. The area boasts a mix of older homes and newer infills, is home to the Parkdale Market and offers a host of independent shops and other amenities.
