The curving staircase lends an elegant air to the Garnet’s main entryway and helps separate the front room, here furnished as a dining room, from the rest of the ground level. The second floor has five bedrooms, with arched windows in some, and a full, main bath. “There’s just enough custom features to make the home feel not like a production home and service,” says Hubbard.
